Q: What happens when you combine three women bassist singers from 70s/80s Swiss bands? A: a trio-full of sinuous music which reclaims the minimalist sound of the post-punk that they first created themselves. In September 2018, after decades of friendship, three women decided to finally combine forces for a show of strength. The equation seems straightforward, yet it's very powerful: Klaudia Schifferle (Kleenex/Liliput) + Madlaina Peer (Noknows) + Sara Schaer (TNT , Souldawn) = ONETWOTHREE. They sport an impressive heritage but they're also creating something that's unique and proudly their own - spooky, danceable, subtle, compelling music for a post-pandemic world.ONETWOTHREE's first album doesn't have a name but that's just as it should be for a band that's deceptively simple, mysterious and yet somehow familiar. Three women bassists/singers from classic Swiss post-punk bands dot their insistent, minimal music with drum patters, synths, chants, commands and joyous wordplay with their sometimes cynical, sometimes sensual take on leisure and consumer culture. The group is appropriately DIY, self-contained and self-produced - their debut was written and played almost entirely by themselves. ONETWOTHREE's songs blend into a whole, creating a momentum and their own kinetic, strange reality which fun-house mirrors our own.1. Perfect Illusions2. Give Paw3. Jamais4. Buy Buy5. Oh Boy6. The theatrical release poster for the film, with a woman holding three balloons, was designed by Saul Bass. The Bass designed poster that Wilder originally intended for the film's release featured a United States style flag sticking out of a Coca-Cola-style bottle. The poster had to be replaced, however, when Coca-Cola threatened legal action against United Artists for copyright infringement.[12]
The trio book hotel rooms next to each other in Blue Diamond Hotel. Their respective lives are hilariously turned upside down when their names cause all three to end up in the wrong places. They are also hiding from Inspector Mayawati Chautala (Neetu Chandra), who also has a crush on Laxmi 2.
In an early scene, MacNamara begins negotiating with the three Russians, who offer him a Cuban cigar. The Russians tell MacNamara that they have a trade agreement: \"We send them rockets, they send us cigars.\" What was written as a joke later turned out to be the truth--within one year (October 1962), Russian missiles were discovered in Cuba.
The coding sequences of human CD80, CD86 and CTLA-4 were synthetically designed (Eurofins). The last 23 amino acids of CTLA-4 were removed by PCR to reduce the internalization of the receptor and concentrate it at the plasma membrane44. The three constructs were fused to mEos2 through a linker coding for GGGGGPVPQWEGFAALLATPVGGAV and cloned into the IRES-puro2 vector (Clontech). The pPAGFP-VSVG (ts045 mutant) plasmid and the pRSetA-mEos2 vector were obtained from Addgene (Addgene plasmids # 11915 and # 20341)45,46. To produce VSVG-mEos2 plasmid, mEos2 cDNA was amplified from mEos2-H2B plasmid47 from our lab using forward primer 5-GCGCGCGGATCCAATGAGTGCGA-3 and reverse primer 5-GCGCGCTGTACATTATCGTCTGGCA-3. VSVG-mEOS2 plasmid was generated by replacing PAGFP in pPAGFP-VSVG with mEos2 using BamH1 and Bsp14071 restriction sites.

Review: Two of these characters, Monday and Mirabel, have disabilities. Monday identifies as on the autism spectrum. Mirabel offers more detailed descriptions of her cerebral palsy. She communicates using an augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) device. I listened to One, Two, Three as an audiobook and found the narration of all three juvenile characters authentic and distinct enough to tell apart in dialogue.
One sees a tree with an apple in it; hungry, she attempts to get it, but she can't reach it. Two comes along, sharing her plight. Then, Three comes along, and easily gets the apples. She challenges One and Two to three rounds.
The first game consists of apples being put in three cups; putting the apple in the yellow cup, she easily wins as the Numberblocks assume that the apple is in the cup corresponding to their color, eating the first apple.
The series logo appears as the camera pans across a large grassy hill and settles on Ash, Goh, Pikachu, and Scorbunny, who are looking up at the sky. Ash and Pikachu are shown first, with Pikachu climbing around on his shoulders, jumping onto his shirt, and using it as a trampoline. Goh is then seen packing his bag with Scorbunny jumping at his side. Chloe is shown next poking her Yamper, who then turns his head and causes Chloe to smile. A cut to Professor Cerise follows, who holds out three Poké Balls. Ash, Goh, Pikachu, and Scorbunny are shown in front of maps featuring the starters of each of the regions from Kanto to Galar are shown.
Pikachu jumps over a Tyranitar and uses Thunderbolt on it. Scorbunny then runs up to a Corviknight and uses Double Kick on it. Ash, Pikachu, Ren, Chrysa, Chloe, Professor Cerise, Goh, and Scorbunny all dance and clap their hands. A close-up of Pikachu and Scorbunny is shown, who smile and cry in quick succession. They are shown to be on top of Yamper, who is on top of Mimey. Pikachu and Scorbunny fall off of Yamper and Mimey catches them in each of his outstretched hands before all three jump off.
The next scene shows Goh and Cinderace, and then he sees the three legendary beasts, Raikou, Entei, and Suicune. Then, the next scene shows from each turn, Professor Oak, Professor Cerise, Chrysa, Ren, Korrina, Sonia, Bea, Wikstrom, Iris, and Gary. Then, Ash and Goh see Leon, with Leon doing his signature pose. Then, it shows the car with Leon, Ash, Goh, Chloe and Pikachu, in the car which Leon has drove off a cliff.
ONETWOTHREE is a new group featuring members of the late-'70s/early-'80s Swiss punk scene, all of whom are bassists. The band includes Klaudia Schifferle of Kleenex / LiLiPUT, as well as Madlaina Peer of the Noknows and Sara Schär, who was singer for TNT and Souldawn, and bassist for The Kick. What a luminous, near future would be visible to us if two, three, or many Vietnams flourished throughout the world with their share of death and their immense tragedies, their everyday heroism and their repeated blows against imperialism obliging it to disperse its forces under the attack and the increasing hatred of all the peoples of the earth!...
The swings act as a human-powered pendulum, converting potential energy into shared movement. Swings are ordinarily meant for individual use, but in this work each swing can seat three people. Those on the swing must together utilise the force of gravity, building up to the instant where falling becomes flying and everyone moves together. In this playful moment, the energy of collective movement is released.

The steamed buns ($6) are the cheapest lunch option on the menu, and an order gives you three mini sandwiches filled with your choice of pork, chicken, or shrimp. The green tea smoked chicken (below) had the pleasant taste and aroma of green tea, with a slight smokiness, and the accompanying pickled vegetables provided a nice bite of acidity. The buns themselves were inconsistent: tough and overly robust on our first visit, and softer and more pliable on our second. 076b4e4f54
